The quest is repeatable, but capped at Bastok reputation 2. You can zone and repeat it. If you have completed The Elvaan Goldsmith and have attained Bastok reputation 2, speaking to Michea begins Father Figure.
看来，追求变得重复再次对归来的探险家任务完成不管信誉级别。
It seems the quest becomes repeatable once again upon completion of the The Return of the Adventurer quest regardless of reputation level.
